Our products are made to order, which means each item is created especially for you after your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and unnecessary overproduction.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days. Fulfillment time is the time needed to create and prepare your item before it ships.

Please note: fulfillment time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is calculated as:

Fulfillment time + Shipping time = Estimated delivery time

Delivery times may vary based on your location, product availability, carrier delays, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping times vary by shipping method and destination. Printful’s domestic shipping estimates can range from 1–8 business days depending on the shipping option selected and delivery location.

International Shipping

International shipping times vary by country, customs processing, and shipping method. Printful’s international shipping estimates can range from 1–20 business days depending on destination and carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, shipping destination, and available shipping methods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the package is scanned.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@youmatterdesign.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors, your local carrier, apartment office, mailroom, or front desk.

If your package appears lost or delayed, contact us at info@youmatterdesign.com with your order number and tracking information. We will review the issue and help you with the next steps when eligible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Made-to-Order Notice

Because our products are made to order, shipping and delivery may take longer than items shipped from a traditional retail warehouse. Thank you for supporting intentional, made-to-order products.
