You Matter Designs sells made-to-order apparel and accessories featuring motivational, faith-based, mental health awareness, self-worth, healing, and empowerment-inspired designs.

Because our products are made to order, production begins after an order is placed. Product colors, sizing, placement, print appearance, and mockups may vary slightly due to screen settings, garment color, lighting, print method, production process, and supplier availability.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Availability

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update pricing, product details, discounts, promotions, and availability at any time. We are not responsible for typographical errors, pricing errors, product description errors, or inaccurate availability information. If an error affects your order, we reserve the right to cancel, refund, or correct the order.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, incorrect product information, unavailable products, or violation of these Terms.

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or third-party payment processors. We do not directly store full credit card information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Because our products are made to order, fulfillment time is separate from shipping time.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for replacement or refund unless otherwise required by law.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, and claims are handled.

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind unless required by applicable law.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us according to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Discounts and Promotions

Discounts, promotional codes, free shipping offers, and limited-time offers may be changed, paused, or ended at any time.

Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot always be applied after an order is placed. Promotions may have restrictions, expiration dates, minimum order amounts, product exclusions, or usage limits.

All designs, artwork, slogans, product names, images, graphics, written content, logos, branding, website content, and other materials on this website are the property of You Matter Designs unless otherwise stated.

Our products, affirmations, designs, and website content are created for encouragement, inspiration, self-expression, and personal motivation only.

10. User Comments, Reviews, and Submissions

16. Mobile Terms of Service

The YOU MATTER DESIGNS mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by YOU MATTER DESIGNS (“YOU MATTER DESIGNS”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to YOU MATTER DESIGNS’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of YOU MATTER DESIGNS through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with YOU MATTER DESIGNS. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18339614285 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other YOU MATTER DESIGNS mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
